The warmer water has really started the bite.
 Fishing flooded areas is working the best. Even with
high water mostly larger than average bass and crappie
are coming in.




Bass
Table rock lake has great bass fishing.
James River Arm Main lake
Comments spinnerbaits white and chartreuse with gold blades
slow roll
in
3’-8’. Fish flooded areas green pumpkin, or brown hues. Wiggle warts on windy banks. Purple worm dr grub on pea gravel banks and points in 15'.
some smallmouths  10’ –20’ with football jigs, creeks or secondary points. Largemouth around docks and flooded areas, spinnerbaits and Senko’s.
 Also try swimming grubs away from pea gravel banks. 
 


Crappie
Table Rock Lake Crappie fishing at it's best.
James River Arm Main Lake
Comments  Crappie are in 5-15 feet deep Fish tight on  standing timber.  Crappie jigs in white or chartreuse and white minnows also working. Good size coming out between marker 11 and 14. Trolling shadraps  also  working well. Same

comments Some really big ones being picked up but no reports of large schools yet.
